🗸 You Have to Pick your “HARD”.

Welcome, Dr. Infantino here from platinum wellness. And I am so excited for you to get started on this program. This program has been tested. We know it works. It’s been used for over 30 years, thousands of people, literally. The reason it works quite honestly, again, is that it gets to the root cause of the problem you see. For most of the people I see every day, weight gain is a symptom of their body being out of balance internally. So we’re going to address restoring internal balance, naturally reboot hormones, metabolism kind of kickstart the whole thing because people will come to me and say things like, gosh, doc, you know, 20, 30 years ago, I didn’t have to worry about dieting at all. I was just naturally thin. And it wasn’t because you were younger, it was because your body was more balanced internally.
So that’s what we’re going to focus on over the years. People have come to me with all sorts of struggles, things like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight gain. And what we’ve been told is kind of the great lie. It’s like, well, if I just diet and exercise more, I’ll lose weight. And all those things will go away and nothing could be further from the truth. The vast majority of people bring me personal training logs and food journals, and they’re all doing it, right. It’s just that the body they’re doing it too, isn’t working properly, right? So the reason this will be successful is because we are not going on any kind of diet, your calories will tell you basically how much to shoot for, but for the most part, it’s not a diet. So what that basically means is there are a lot of things that you might’ve thought in the past, like, well, you can’t eat any fat or you can’t do this, or you can’t do that.
My blood sugar A1C was in excess of nine points as if today, 12 weeks later, my A1C is 5.4. I lost 50 pounds. My energy’s high. I sleep a lot better. My wife says I stopped snoring…
You will learn step by step what you can and can’t do so you can get an amazing result. And when I say amazing results, what I really mean is get your life back, right? Get to the point where you’re like, wow, I got the energy to go run the grand canyon rim surreal. Or maybe it’s just to get off the floor after playing with my grandchildren, whatever that is for you. I want you to put that in your head and think about it. Cause I am going to ask you at the end of this to set some goals, just so we know, where are you starting and where ultimately you want to be so that you can have a result like these guys did.
And the experience has been amazing. I’m just finishing up now I’ve lost 82 pounds and I feel great. And my life is completely changed.
So what do you have to do to get that kind of result? It’s really simple in these upcoming couple of videos, I’m going to ask you to just really pay attention and get this dialed in. I’m going to show you step-by-step what to do with food, what to do with supplements, and different therapies. If you’re doing them here or somewhere, if necessary, and I promise you, we will hold your hand and walk you through it. Step by step by step. Again, if you’ve been frustrated in the past and you’re sitting there thinking, gosh, I don’t know if I could do another program of any kind of, this will be the last one we’ve had people do this years and years ago, lose the weight, keep it off and get out and enjoy life. I’ll just ask you to follow along and do what we know works.
Weight. I’ve lost 31 pounds since I’ve been here. My body got the reset that it needed. My IBS is nonexistent. My muscle spasms are gone. My neuropathy is gone. I can walk.
And of course have open communication, super critical. You know, one thing I thought I’d get into though, before we talk about what you can do is just to focus a little bit on why, what you might’ve been doing in the past. Hasn’t worked and to be honest, well, I’m not saying there’s no personal responsibility. It may not be your fault. And what I mean by that is that food companies today put about 3000 chemicals in our food supply. Most of what we eat is dead and processed. Even our vegetables are radiated so we can prevent e-coli outbreaks, et cetera. When you put dead food in and you add to that things like coffee and alcohol and white flour and sugar, and you fast forward, 20, 30, 40 years of that, our bodies become out of balance internally. Now, food companies love this cause what does that mean?
Well, it means you have low energy. It ultimately ends up on prescriptions for things like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, et cetera. And their answer is always what, Hey, that’s not a problem. Have some more medications. Right? And that’s what kind of gets me because you know, today you got, um, drug stores and food companies that are kind of like one in the same, right? You sell food in the front, drugs in the back. And what was that really all about? It’s like, well, we get you coming and going. So the idea here is simple. We have to break free from that, by getting your body clean, balanced, and healthy internally, once you do, you’ll never look back because half the cravings people have and they tell me like, gosh, I can’t get rid of my cravings. It’s not your fault. It’s simply because you have chemicals in your system like any drug or any person who is addicted to anything that creates a craving for all the wrong things.
So the whole purpose of this process is to get your body clean and balanced and really to get off that whole cycle from the drug companies and the food companies were all like, man, we got two guys. And you know, this is an opportunity to break free of that so that you don’t crave all the wrong foods constantly so that you get back to where you are supposed to be. So if you’ve been struggling and again, just realize what you’ve, might’ve done, just didn’t address what was really going on in your physiology. And that’s what we’re going to be working on. Changing. What’s going on deep, down on the inside. So you can get this all worked out. And another thing that I think is really important is that most of the effort is going to be upfront. You know, when people hear that, like, what do you mean?
It’s going to take a little bit of time in the beginning to start to change. And as your body starts to cleanse and heal, you’re going to have some symptoms. Very likely you might feel like, ah, I don’t feel very good. I’m a little achy, stiff, sore headache. It’s kind of normal, right? If you’re drinking coffee, for instance, you’d give it up. You’re going to start to feel some of the side effects of that. But I would put it to you this way while that’s hard. It’s also hard not having the energy you need or getting up in the morning and feeling aches and pains or not being comfortable in your own skin. So at the end of the day, what does this boil down to? I had a patient sum it up once. Perfect. For me years ago, he said, you know, doc, everything’s hard.
It’s hard to get healthy. It’s hard to be unhealthy. You just got to pick your hard. And you know, I’ve used that ever since. So give that guy the credit, but that’s really what this is going to boil down to. It’s, pick your hard. I watched my grandmother die over literally 10 years from the effects of diabetes and medication side effects, et cetera. And I think at the end of the day, she would have given that all up, had she known what was ahead of her? So was that hard? Yes. Now I’m not saying you’re necessarily in that boat, but I would suggest to you, life is not addressed rehearsal, right? Like this is it. If you feel like your energy or your self image or whatever that is for you is not as good as it could be. Then my suggestion is really simple.
Put the time and the effort in to get where you want to go. Now we will walk you through it step by step between myself and the coaches. I will make sure you get there, but I do need you to roll up your sleeves and play full out, right? There’ll be groups that you can join. There’ll be journals. I’ll ask you to fill out. That’s how we can tweak and make sure you stay on the right track. My, my job is to get you there. Your job is to communicate what you’re dealing with so that we can actually make sure that we get there. I had a patient once. I’ll tell you this really quick, cause I know you’re probably anxious to get started. Um, he goes, doc, uh, I, well, first I said to him, I should preface this. He goes, I go, this isn’t rocket science, Bob, you know, you’ll do just fine.
And he looks at me and he goes, well, as a rocket scientist, I would say, it’s very similar. I’m like, whoa, he got me because no one has ever said that back to me. And he says, you know, it goes, the space shuttle. We’ll use something like 95% of its fuel and energy to get like the first 10 or 20 miles. I don’t remember the exact numbers, but the basic gist of it was, he said, once it’s up and rolling, it’s super easy. It doesn’t need a lot of energy. And the program is very similar. It will take you some time to get used to being like, okay, what do I eat? And what recipes and food that I like and how do I tweak all this? But I promise you, once you get there, it’s easy. You’ll coast on autopilot. My mom did this. I can’t even tell you how many years ago today she’s in her late seventies. My dad’s 80, no prescriptions, no nothing. And that was, you know, I guess I’ll just leave it at this. You can do it.
